The Artwork’s Story - In this celebration of Southwold, I took the viewpoint from being stood on the pier itself looking back towards the town. I have situated the lighthouse in the centre as it’s such an iconic part of Southwold’s identity. This explosion of colour and joy serves as a reminder as to why we all love to escape to the seaside.
