The Artwork’s Story:

A nostalgic view as the parents watch their children play by the waters edge as the sunsets to illuminate the fact that time is passing by and to highlight the fact that our experiences are rare and fleeting. Watching our children grow up is a beautiful and magical experience but it is also a bittersweet one as time escapes us so quickly and before we even realise it they’ve already grown up! It’s only then that we begin to cherish those special moments that now exist only in our memories. But art reminds us of the glory and the magnificence of those moments, past, present and future.
