The sea has such calming and rejuvenating qualities for us, it also has a ferocious temper at times. This piece celebrates the power and the energy of the sea and the incoming tide, sitting by the sea calms us greatly and gives us that much needed opportunity to truly switch off and recharge.

We walk the shoreline and free our minds.

We listen to only the swell of the sea.

Our past sadness and regret is washed away,
